I think the most reliable and fastest way to download tv shows is using utorrent then find the shows on kat.ph or thepiratebay

It's a pretty good site, I just started using it because the load up streams I usually use were acting wonky for me. They have a long list of the popular shows. Torrent time is pretty fast as well.

Torrents are really the best bet in finding anything in fantastic quality. I use Kickasstorrents.com mainly.
